This addition to our range achieves everything we could want in a sister wine to the ever-popular Chevalier red. This white wine comes from the Côtes de Gascogne wine-growing region, which is situated in the Midi-Pyrénées in southwest France. The wines of this region are mostly Vin de Pays, newly classified as I.G.P, and they share their land with the home of Armagnac production. Smooth and fruity with an underlying racy acidity. The aromas are of green pepper, freshly mown grass and blossom. The flavour is of fresh gooseberries and melons followed with a spicy finish, a real treat for the senses and potentially a new best seller.
